The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, abbreviated GDPR) is a European Union regulation on information privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). CALIFORNIA: PRIVACY RIGHTS

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together the “CCPA”), aims to provide California residents specific privacy rights. These include the right to access, delete, and correct their data. Information on how you may exercise those rights can be found below.

To the extent applicable, we strive to live up to the law, and your wishes, as it relates to these rights. We will not discriminate against any individual who exercises their rights under the CCPA, meaning we will, among other things, not deny you or charge you different prices for goods or services or provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services.

1. Notice of your right to opt out of the “sale” or “share” of personal information 

We obtain personal information in order to facilitate the sale and shipment of our products and to speed up the process of repeating purchases.
